These are so good. The recipe comes from America's Test Kitchen's "The Best Recipe" collection.
*3 1/3 c. flour
*3/4 t. baking soda
*1/2 t. salt
*16 T. unsalted butter,melted and cooled
*1 1/4 c. brown sugar
*1/2 c. sugar
*2 eggs
*2 egg yolks
*1 T. vanilla
* 12 oz. semi-sweet choc. chips

*Preheat oven to 325. Racks in upper and lower middle positions. Whisk flour, soda and salt in medium bowl, set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars 1-2 minutes to combine. Beat in eggs, yolks and vanilla (30 seconds, scrape bowl). With mixer on low, add flour mixture slowly (beat about 30 seconds). Stir in chips. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using 1/4 measuring cup, scoop out 5 cookies per sheet. Lightly press down on the top of each cookie. Bake until edges are golden brown and the centers are puffy (they will look a little under done), 17-20 minutes. *Rotate pans and switch racks half way through. Cool 10 minutes on sheets before removing to wire racks. Makes approximately 20 cookies.

Enjoy!!
