It was a beautiful day out today. We spent most the day in the back yard.Found!

It's not every day I'm waited on hand and foot!
Mani/pedi today with a girlfriend...ahh, good times!!
P.S. As I'm sure you can tell about half of my photos have been taken with my point and shoot. For me this project is more about capturing the day rather than capturing a perfect photo.
Also wanted to mention, like Lauren, how much I love checking the blog a few times a day to see all your photos. I think we may even have more people join in, and I'm so glad! Keep em coming!
Red Shoes
Today is Josefine's 11 Month Birthday. So, after a busy (but wonderful, of course) wedding day, we headed over the mall to find a cute pair of shoes to "celebrate." :) And, of course...would you believe that they're RED shoes?! ;) I couldnt' decide which photo I liked the best, so I'm going to share them both. And I want your opinion as to which one should be in Josefine's Color Book. I could go either way right now.

We went to the Ventura County Government Center today justto take photos of the grounds -- they are so pretty. I had a
tough time deciding which one to post here. I liked how the courtyard
is reflected in this photo, so that's why I chose it.
The kids' holiday pinwheels
The kids were playing in the sprinkler so I grabbed their pinwheels and started shooting.....I'm loving this project :)

If you have spend anytime around my oldest you know how much he loves snakes! He takes after his father for sure!
Bottom's up!
This is the second day in a row my picture has been of the bottom of something. Today it is my husband's feet. He is staining our fence and deck and I guess he stepped in some stain!
